In 2020, after 5 years with the bird concept, we wanted to push the boundaries of what a fried chicken restaurant can be. We not only wanted a bigger space but also a more diverse menu, cocktail- and playlist.
With fried chicken as our core we have branched out, drawing inspiration from the fried chicken cultures of Asia and North America. At bird söder it´s all about shared plates, late nights and hangover friendly brunch the day after.
